Have you herd the old saying you are what you eat? Im sure you have and normally we take it with a grain of salt, but actually we should take it very serious because over time if all you're eating are artery clogging foods, thats exactly what will happen! Just as that saying is so very true, you are what you speak over yourself is too. If it wasn't so, Gods word wouldn't warn and remind us that life and death are in the power of the tongue!

I remember when i use to dread mondays! Every Sunday i would say, uhhh why did the weekend have to go bye so fast! I hate mondays. I would complain about mondays seems like all of sunday! so i wasn't enjoying my sunday and i was preparing to already have a miserable monday Not because it was already here but because i was already thinking that my monday was going to be long and dreadful! See, My thoughts lead to my actions and my actions led to exactly how my monday would turn out FOR YEARS!!!

How can you change that? how did i change that? I started to embrace everyday as it came. I wake up and command my morning! I speak into the atmosphere that my day is going to be great no matter what day it is. I focus on the things i have to accomplish, i speak life, i think positive and thus my positive thoughts produce positive actions that produce a positive reality. I speak words of affirmation, and as i speak the words of affirmation i believe what i speak is happening already in the atmosphere.

Are you ready to see your life change for the Better? Be mindful of your thoughts, that produce actions that become YOUR reality. What you put out is surely what will return to you!
