Forgiveness.........is Freedom

Many people say, Shalonda you speak much about Forgiveness. Yes, they are correct. I speak about forgiveness because i know how it feels to live day to day carrying people and unforgiveness in my heart. For years i would literally wake up and choose to hold on to unforgiveness, not realizing that it was holding me back. Unforgiveness was keeping me bound, i wasnt growing. I can recall a time i would smile, but be so angry on the inside. But God had a plan for me, as he does for you. I remember being at a very low place and God would send two people who would help me get delivered and set free from unforgiveness. Was that process easy? no. Did i use every excuse as to why i was justified on holding on to unforgiveness, yes. But soon i would learn that, forgiveness was not required by them it was required by God! Needless to say that today i am Free!! Free from the people i carried around with me for many years. I had to forgive them because i gave them power over how i lived! and trust me whne i tell you that forgiveness was NOT for them........it was for me.
Forgive.........and be Free.....
